ViralTakes Party

Movie night just got competitive.

How it works

Three steps to a full room

  1. 1

    Open a room

    Pick a nickname and a setup. Quick Play is free for every host.

  2. 2

    Share the code

    Six letters, a link or a QR. Friends join on any phone, no account required.

  3. 3

    Play live

    Everyone sees the same round at the same time. Early and fast answers score more.

Movie Night mix

Every room mixes the games below. No two rounds in a row are the same game, and everyone answers against the same clock.

  • Guess The Actor

    Earlier = more

  • Older Or Newer

    Faster = more

  • Movie Connections

Room setups

Quick Play is free. Plus hosts shape the night.

Anyone can join any room for free. A ViralTakes+ host unlocks longer rooms and full control over the mix - never a scoring advantage.

Questions

Before movie night

Do my friends need an account?
No. Anyone with the code or link picks a nickname and plays. Accounts add XP, levels and achievements for the rounds you play.
How many people can play?
Two to 8 in a room. One is fine too – a solo room is a good way to try a setup before movie night.
Can I cheat by reading the page?
No. The answers stay hidden until everyone has locked in, and every answer is timed and scored the same way for everyone.
What does ViralTakes+ change?
Only what the host can set up: longer rooms, the game mix, categories, decades, difficulty, timers and saved presets. Nobody scores more for paying, and anyone can join a Plus-hosted room for free.
